The Universe Beneath The Mesh
Fragments of a something much bigger
They say 2026 is the new 2016, a nostalgic idea that’s been circulating among my fellow Gen Z creatives. A cool notion, but I didn’t truly experience it until my recent upload of Zoey.
Like many of my fellow creatives, i've had undying obsession with fictional worlds. And not just the characters, but the full scope of how one is able to pull something from their imagination, and bring it to fruition.
I was sixteen in 2016 when I began building two fictional worlds that have lived in my mind ever since. i recall using my freetime in highschool to write novels about my favorite original characters and their respective universes.
At the time i hadn't a clue as to what 3D Art even was. It wasn't until i turned eighteen that 3D Art had found me and decided that it would be my most desirable form of self expression. So for the time being i stuck to writing stories about my OCs.
Come 2018 i Decided to take on the challenge of learning 3D Art. In short i discovered pretty quickly that my best option was Blender 3D. After a year of repetition and blowing steam out of my ears i figured id take some time and maybe touch on 2D character concept art in Photoshop.
And Behold the first iterations of Zoey were born circa 2019.

Zoey began as a side character to a much larger universe, and still serves as such. i initially wanted her to be my take on a pixie race that is from a different planet in a different galaxy.
After years of refining my craft as a 3D character artist, I’ve finally given the world Zoey comes from a name. In 2026, that universe became Godline.
I’ve reached a point in my development where I can finally translate these characters from imagination into form. As my abilities grow, their stories will unfold through animated CG short films. Zoey may look like a standalone piece, but she’s only a fragment of a much larger world.

Having a polished and well developed professional portfolio is important to me, but even more exciting is what lies beneath the topology, an ever expanding glimpse into my mind.
Welcome to my world. Welcome to Godline.
Thank you for reading. Stay tuned — and remember, Creatives Lead The Way.
